We offer professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services throughout Mount Vernon, WA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

When you request a quote or book a service, you are entering into an agreement with us. We will provide you with a detailed estimate before starting any work.

Your Responsibilities

When you hire us for a project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Ensure we have clear access to the work area on scheduled dates
• Make timely payments according to the agreed payment schedule
• Notify us immediately if you have concerns about the work

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change if project scope changes or if material costs increase significantly. We will always notify you before proceeding with any changes that affect the final cost.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit to schedule your project and begin ordering materials. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project contract.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit if materials have already been ordered.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All of our concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty. The specific terms and duration will be provided in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule if weather conditions are not suitable for proper installation. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur and work with you to find a new date.

Liability

We carry full insurance and take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, you agree that we are not liable for pre-existing underground utilities, pipes, or wiring that are not properly marked or disclosed before we begin work.

Disputes

If you have a concern about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved through mediation in Skagit County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
